FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to psychophysiology, and is intended for diagnostics of psychophysiological state of people. Tested person is shown semantic stimuli both in masked unconscious and conscious form. Carried out are: registration of physiological response with determination of time of response to stimulus, grouping of measurement results in accordance with belonging to one semantic group, their statistic processing and determination of importance for subject of particular group of semantic stimuli. Presentation of significant and neutral unconscious stimuli is adapted to heart rate, when each following stimulus is shown talking into account preceding response. Registration of physiological reaction is performed in remote way by registration of heart rate changes on the basis of analysis of a series of cardiac intervals, obtained with application of pulse ultrawideband sensor of remote monitoring of respiration and heartbeat.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of determining professional reliability of specialist of extreme activity profile and ensure obtaining precise complex information about specialist state in the process of monitoring.
