FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: base of the following presentation blocks in an electronic form is created: optimisation (OPT) block containing verbal stimuli "Calm down" and "Relax", the use of which is aimed at reduction of the of psychoemotional stress level of the tested person; semantic block (SEM), consisting of semantic stimuli in the form of questions, with a maximum number of signs 32, including gaps, the use of which is aimed at identification of the level of subjective significance of the stimuli grouped into semantic groups according to a specified feature; meaningless block (ML), consisting of alternating numbers, a total of 17 to 23, the use of which is aimed at identification of the neutral response level of the tested person; reference block (REF) containing verbal stimuli "Too early" and "Too late", the use of which is aimed at revealing of the negative response level of the tested person; operational block (OP), containing stimuli in the form of geometric figures - a square, a circle and a triangle, the use of which is aimed at increasing of the concentration level of the tested person. At that, SEM, REF or OPT blocks are always located between two ML blocks. Prior to testing, the sensors and fine motility of the test subject are adapted to the tests. During testing, the response to stimuli in the form of motor reactions of the tested person is determined: the time of computer mouse button pressing after the stimulus is presented, the time of mouse button retention and the time of release. A stimulus is presented in the center of the monitor screen, operating at a fixed frequency of 60 Hz, on a black background in white letters and/or numbers. As questions, the SEM block uses 2-4 verbal phrases in the past tense from the first person. After a SEM block question is presented, it is masked with a stimulus from the ML block, for which a masker in the form of an indiscriminate set of numbers is presented on the spot of the presented question within 500-700 ms, withstanding a pause of 150-250 ms. When the masker is presented, the response limits are set from 100 ms to 700 ms. The frequency of masked questions presentation is varied depending on the time of the tested person response. The time of presentation of the selected stimulus type on the monitor screen is 16-34 ms with strictly fixed time of presentation of the same stimuli and various time of presentation of different types of stimuli. The level of operator readiness is supported by the presentation of unconscious stimuli of the OP block (square, circle, triangle), alternating with SEM with a frequency of 1-2 times per minute. The total test duration is 8-25 minutes for presentation of 60-130 questions of the SEM unit, structured as 6-13 thematically meaningful groups. The methods of non-parametric statistical processing are used to determine the significance of each motor reaction of the tested person to the stimulus, the subjective significance of the stimulus - the difference between the average resultant velocity of motor reactions for the same SEM stimulus and the averaged resultant rate of motor responses to ML stimuli.
EFFECT: method provides high accuracy and reliability of diagnostics of real, sincere experiences, human representations, concealed feelings, plans, intentions, conscious and unconscious attitude of a person to himself, others, to various activities and motivations, the strength of various human needs.
