FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery. Standard access to heart is performed. One padding is put on each of two prepared threads. First "П"-shaped suture is made under coronary artery in 3 mm from distal and proximal edges of planned cut. After that, second "П"-shaped suture is applied symmetrically from the opposite side of coronary artery, after application of suture puncture of padding with opposite thread is performed. After that, application of tourniquets from polypropylene tubes on distal and proximal from coronary artery cut threads of "П"-shaped sutures is carried out. Then, cut of coronary artery and tightening of tourniquets are performed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to press coronary artery lumen, its collaterals and obtain "dry" operation field, thus ensure good visualisation of cut on coronary artery, and as a result accurately and quickly perform necessary manipulations on coronary artery.
