METHOD FOR INTRAOPERATIVE DIAGNOSTICS OF STATE OF DISTAL SHUN ANASTOMOSES IN CORONARY SHUNTING OF NON-OCCLUDED CORONARY ARTERIES Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC A61B5/26

Abstract RU 2689651 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to cardiovascular surgery. After distal anastomosis is formed, flowmeter evaluation of each distal shunt anastomosis is performed. Additionally, the proximal segment of the coronary artery is occluded before the flowmetric assessment. A flowmetric assessment is followed by an inspection of that distal shunt anastomosis, the pulsatile index of which is estimated by the results of flowmetric assessment against a background of occlusion of the proximal segment of the coronary artery of more than 1.0.

EFFECT: method enables improving the intraoperative diagnostics of the state of distal shunt and distal coronary artery in conditions of artificial blood circulation in a clamped aorta by means of fluorometry with disconnection of the proximal channel of the shunted artery to improve the correctness and information content of the measurement.
