FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology. Under roentgen-TV control puncture and catheterisation with introducer of artery from group: femoral, radial, axillary are performed on patient. Conductor catheter is introduced into aorta lumen, artery which has collateral arteries of minor order to distal part of occlusive artery is selected, conductor catheter is introduced through introducer into lumen and selected artery is catheterised. After that soft coronary conductor is introduced through introduced catheter, conductor is led through collateral artery of minor order to distal part of occlused major artery and is moved to location more distal than occlusion place towards arteries of minor order going from epicardium to endcardium, ensuring direction of further movement towards left ventricle cavity through one of said arteries, perforation of left ventricle wall is performed with formation of shunting blood flow canal, through myocardium, after which conductor is partly led in retrograde way backward outside, ensuring presence of its internal tip in lumen of distal part of occlused coronary artery. By means of conductor balloon is led to place of perforation, by means of conductor anastomosis is applied, then stent is installed with formation of shunting blood flow canal through myocardium, stent is implanted with final formation of shunting canal through myocardium. Conductor is led in retrograde way backward into angiographic catheter with further removal outside of the tip which before that was distal with respect to operating doctor, the one that was proximal after that becomes distal and will be in distal part of occlused coronary artery passing through left ventricle myocardium wall.
EFFECT: ensuring possibility to optimise laying-out of shunting blood flow canal through myocardium with maximal use of healthy blood vessels, reduce traumaticity of operative intervention, reduce to minimum necessity of anesthesia and ensure accuracy of manipulations performed.
