SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to otolaryngology, reflexotherapy. Method includes influence by massage and acupuncture. First, 10-15 min long relaxing massage of occiput, parotid region of head, neck and shoulder area, anterior external surface of shoulders, forearms and hands is performed. After that, massage of outer ear is carried out for 5-7 minutes. Then point massage of anterior surface of auricles is performed for 5-6 minutes in places of location of helix legs, external acoustic meatus, cymba conchae, auricle cavity, tragus, intertragical notch, anti-tragus and earlobe. After that acupuncture is performed. Influence is performed on points of meridians of triple heater, gall bladder, small and large intestine from the line GJ11, GJ10, GJ6, GJ5, GJ4, IG19, TR17, TR18, TR19, TR20, TR21, VB2. On auricular points - from the line 9, 13, 22, 25, 28, 34, 95, 96, 97, 98, 100, 104, T -thalamus, Ht - hypothalamus, RF - reticular formation, LS - limbic system, V - vestibular, A - auditory. Influence is also performed on extrameridian parotid points from the line PC10, PC11, PN13, PN14, PN15, PN17, PN18, PN19, PN20, PN21. Influence is performed from two sides. Within one procedure influence is performed on 2-3 corporal and 8-10 auricular points. Time of influence is 25-30 min. If noise in ears prevails, simple injection is used. In case of nausea fast injection is used.

EFFECT: method recovers and stabilises hearing, reduces nose in ears, normalizes vestibular and neurological symptoms, stabilises or slows down development of deafness.
