METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF PERCEPTIVE HEARING LOSS OF PROFESSIONAL GENESIS Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC A61N1/32 A61H9/00

Abstract RU 2626702 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: magnetic stimulation is performed in the auditory zone projection alternately on both sides and in the region of the roots of the cervical thickening of the spinal cord at the level of the spinous process of the C7 vertebra. Then tympanic membrane pneumomassage is performed. Magnetic stimulation is carried out with stimuli of 2.2 Tl at a frequency of 2.5 Hz with a maximum intensity at which the patient does not experience discomfort. The duration of exposure of each zone is 3 minutes, for a course of 10-12 procedures. Pneumomassage is carried out by individually selected baro-impulses with the following initial parameters: frequency of 20 Hz, baro-impulses amplitude of 3, then the baro-impulses parameters are changed until discomfort disappears. Exposure time for one ear is 10 minutes, for a course of 10-12 procedures.

EFFECT: improvement of impulses in the hearing apparatus structures, decreased activity of pathological excitation in the cerebral cortex due to the complex effect of physical factors leading to creation of weak electric currents, under the influence of which the brain neurons activity increases with the auditory ossicles mobility and blood circulation in the cochlea area.
