SUBSTANCE: for the purpose to treat noises in the ears (sonitus aurium) one should detect the affected segments in cervical department, fulfill puncture access to, at least, one intervertebral disks from the level between the second and the third cervical vertebrae up to the level of intervertebral disk between the seventh cervical and the first thoracic vertebrae. One should irradiate the affected disk with laser at wave length being about 900-1600 nm, at 0.005-2.5 W power and total radiation energy ranged 10-360 kJ. The innovation enables to achieve stable position of cervical department of vertebral column and improves cerebral circulation.
