FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to automotive main gear master differentials. Master differential comprises spider 1 fitted on splines of drive shaft 2. On one side drive shaft is fitted in bearing 3 arranged in main gear case 4 and, on opposite side, it is fitted in bearing 5 arranged in bore of half-axle gear 6 mounted on bearing 7 fitted in case 4. Differential pinions 8 run on tenons of spider 1 to interact, on one side, with said half-axle gear 9 made integral with drive spur gear 10 and, on the other part, with half-axle gear 6. Solid cup 11 is mounted at spherical surfaces of differential pinions 8. Coaxial bores receiving pins 12 are made in two tenons of spider 1, at its front, and in cup 11. Bores of cup 11 have annular grooves 13 to receive lock rings 14.
EFFECT: higher reliability, longer life.
