FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of regenerating an incoming washing amine-containing solution when cleaning gases, wherein CO2 and sulphur compounds are in a chemically bound state, as well as apparatus for realising said method. The contaminated washing solution is heated in several steps a), b) and compressed, and pressure is lowered while separating CO2 and sulphur compounds. After lowering pressure, b) the washing solution is cooled and pressure is reduced to normal pressure while separating CO2 and then cooled to normal temperature. The solution extracted after the pressure reduction step is divided into two streams, one of which is returned to the corresponding pressure reduction step. The apparatus has a circulation loop (1, 2, 3, 3a, 4) having a first pump (P1), at least one heat exchanger (W1, W2, W3), at least two series-connected pressure reducing devices (F1, F2) and a first separator (A1). Between the two pressure reducing devices (F1, F2) there is a second pump (P2) and a heat exchanger (W4). After the pressure reducing device (F2), a pipe loop (3b) is connected to a circulation pipe (3). The pump (P3) and the heat exchanger (W7) are connected to the pipe loop (3a).

EFFECT: invention enables to implement a cheap production method and obtain a washing solution with high degree of purity.
