SUBSTANCE: method of washing and a washing machine are disclosed, and more specifically, the method of washing which improves the ability of washing, and a washing machine. EFFECT: washing machine is made with the driving part providing the step of movement with a high impact point of laundry when the drum braking when the position of the laundry reaches 165 degrees and the subsequent rotation of the drum in a given direction after the laundry throw-down, repeatedly raising the thrown off laundry.
