FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: acoustic design of production facilities includes the shop frame, load-carrying walls with enclosures in the form of floor and ceiling, which are lined with sound-absorbing structures, window and door openings. Single-piece acoustic absorbers containing the frame in which sound-absorbing material is located are installed above the noise equipment. Floor is made on elastic base and includes mounting plate. The latter is made from concrete reinforced with vibration damping material and installed on base plate of floor covering with cavities through the layers of vibration damping material and waterproof material with a gap relative to load-carrying walls of production facilities. Cavities of base plate are filled with vibration damping material, for example foamed polymer.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing noise absorption efficiency.
