FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: combustion chamber, nozzle and flare are made in the form of individual machined sections, to the attached surfaces of which high-temperature adhesive composition is applied, and installed on a process mandrel with attachment of sections and hardening of adhesive composition in joints of the latter; then, to external surfaces of sections of combustion chamber, nozzle and the flare adjacent to the nozzle there applied is a solid layer of high-temperature sealing adhesive composition, onto which layers of fibrous material with a bonding agent is wound; after that, heat treatment is performed with hardening of adhesive composition and bonding agent, and process mandrel is removed, and then, carbonisation, pyroseaing, machining is performed, and a heat-resistant coating is applied to surfaces of liquid-propellant engine chamber.
EFFECT: improving liquid-propellant engine chamber tightness.
