FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: method to repair surface of parts from carbon fibre reinforced plastics involves preparation of repair composition, degreasing of surface defects, their filling by the repair composition and hardening. Repair composition is prepared and consists of epoxy-diane resin SEDM-6, hardener L-20, ADE-3 and powder of carbon fibre reinforced plastics with particle size of maximum 0.2 mm dried at the temperature of 110-130°C during 3 hours. The defects on the part surface are filled by the repair composition by the application of the latter up to the surface level within 1 hour at the latest after the repair composition is prepared, hardening takes place under the temperature of 15-35°C during 72-120 hours.

EFFECT: better quality of defect elimination with the production of even smooth surface in the defect zone, the strength of material in the zone of the eliminated defect is comparable to the strength of the main material of a workpiece.
