FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at extraction of formation fluid from the well, namely for fluid passing from inlet module (filter) or gas separator to inlet of submersible down-hole centrifugal electric pump (ECP), and for fluid supply from annular space to the pump in case of filtering elements clogging by mechanical impurities. Bypass valve contains stepped casing with central hole for fluid passing, in which there installed is a shaft capable of rotation. One end of the shaft is connected to the shaft of inlet module or gas separator, and the other - to the shaft of ECP. The stepped part of the casing has bypass ports located at an angle to the central axis of valve downstream the extracted fluid. In each bypass port there is a return valve that includes a saddle and a shutoff element mounted in the return valve casing capable of movement.

EFFECT: increase of valve operation reliability that allows supply of formation fluid to pump inlet in case of clogging of filtering element of inlet module or gas separator, excluding emergency situation related to ECP supply failure.
