FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and can be used for the gas from liquid separation during the formation fluid production by means of the electric submersible pumps installation from horizontal wells, wells with a large angle of deviation from the vertical line, with the large gas content. Gravity separator for the horizontal wells includes containing perforations housing, in which located in the housing subs and pressed by the nuts, freely rotating eccentric subs are installed in the bushings, between which in the lower part, where the center of gravity is located, a branch pipe is installed. Under the action of the offset center of gravity eccentric subs always ensure the branch pipe location closer to the lower by the horizontal line housing wall. In the branch pipe the perforations are made, located in the same plane, aligned with the eccentric subs center of gravity. In the housing upper sub the coupling is screwed in for connection to the shank, and in the housing lower sub is the plug. During the formation fluid intake through the device housing, through the perforation holes in the branch pipe liquid from the housing lower part enters the shank for supply to the submersible electric centrifugal pump intake, enclosed in the sealed casing, and the gas exits through the housing upper perforation holes into the horizontal wellbore production string.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the formation fluid production technology efficiency due to the gas from liquid separation, the equipment operation stabilization, elimination of gas accumulation and the possibility of its capturing by the electric centrifugal pump.
