SUBSTANCE: difference of sequential parameters taken in admission and after 24 hours of therapy is determined; a rapid neutrophil response (RNR), a segmented neutrophil to lymphocyte index (SLI), urinary diastase; if observing the two positive values of the above three parameters, a high risk of complications is stated; if deriving the two negative values of the above three parameters, a low risk of complications is stated.
EFFECT: method enables objective and quick evaluation of the risk of complications of the pathological process, further correction of the initial treatment, stating the need of surgery and in cases of the high risk for complications, prescription of the enhanced antibacterial and detoxification therapy.
