SUBSTANCE: method involves isolating DNA from patient blood and studying GSTM1 and GSTT1 gene mutation process. Zero genotypes combination on GSTM1 and GSTT1 genes types being detected, destructive alcoholic pancreatitis form is diagnosed. GSTM1 genotype or zero GSTT1 genotype being detected, total pancreas injury development is diagnosed.

EFFECT: high accuracy in detecting group of high risk of complications development; high validity in suggesting special-purpose intensive care in early period.
