SUBSTANCE: illumination system (17) has a light source (20), a scattering element (30, 32) and a back mirror reflector (40). The shape of the back mirror reflector (40) enables uniform distribution of light flux incident on the scattering element (30, 32) on said scattering element (30, 32). The scattering element (30, 32) has a first edge (33) near the light source (20) and a second edge (35) far from the light source (20). The first (33) edge and the second (35) edge define a flat surface (36), having a normal axis (34). The axis of symmetry (24) of the light source (20) defines an additional angle (β) with the normal axis (34) which is in the range of ±30°.
EFFECT: ensuring uniformity of light distribution.
