SUBSTANCE: method and device of data transfer relate to an uplink (UL) of the long-term evolution technology (LTE) in the UTRAN system in accordance with the edition 8 of the 3GPP Project and to dedication of resources for control signals not related to data (such as ACK/NACK and CQI), sent with the UL data along the PUSCH channel (a common physical uplink). The alarm not related to data may be multiplexed with the UL data by time division (TDM). The method and the device are proposed for relation of the modulation and coding scheme (MCS) of the PUSCH channel with the scope of resources for control in the PUSCH channel. The mechanism and/or the formula is provided for scaling of the scope of control resources (CQI, ACK/NACK), providing for flexible adaptation of the control area size for monitoring of quality of the control channel and adaptation of the UL alarm quality level for satisfaction of the provided requirements.
EFFECT: increased throughput capacity.
