SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics and is intended for treatment of congenital clubfoot of severe degree in children above two years. Successive manipulations and phase gypsum corrections of foot deformation to eliminate cavus, varus and adduct foot to normalisation of ratios in subtalar and Chopart's joints. After that surgical correction of equinus is performed by achilloplasty and posterior arthrolysis of ankle joint. After that, in performing final correction of adduction of anterior part of foot, rotation of first cuneiform bone along longitudinal axis is performed with formation of diastasis between first and second cuneiform bones. Base of first metatarsal bone is displaced in medial direction. Modelling resection of anterior part of first cuneiform bone is carried out with its adaptation to joint surface of first metatarsal bone base. Obtained position is fixed. Tendon of anterior tibial muscle is moved into diastasis between cuneiform bones onto external surface of first cuneiform bone.

EFFECT: method ensures complete correction of congenital clubfoot, reduction of surgery volume.
