First, after extended tenoligamentocapsulotomy and combined skin plasty, performed is distraction in apparatus to obtain diastasis at the level of ankle and Chopart joints with simultaneous descent of anterior part of foot from position of dorsal flexion into medium position. At the second stage, in dismantling of apparatus, open reposition of talus into ankle joint fork with fixation with pins and bandage.

EFFECT: method prevents recurrence of deformity.
