SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in dentistry. Instrument (1) for washing contains vibration part (30) and injection part (20), which can be connected to each other. Injection part contains hollow cylindrical case (21) with input end (23) and thin needle (25), piston (22), moved in axial direction, located in internal space of case, which on its free side, directed towards the side, opposite to injection hole, is provided with connecting element (27) for connection with vibration part, for instance, thread. Vibration part contains: case (31), which at the end is provided with connecting element (32) for connection with injection part, for instance, thread; exciter (34) of fluctuations, installed in case, for instance, electric engine; battery compartment (39) for reception of battery (35), which provides electric feeding of exciter of fluctuations. User-controlled switch (36) is installed in case for bringing exciter of fluctuations into action.

EFFECT: claimed is novel instrument for washing.
