SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a medical technique, namely, to an injection device with housing (2, 102, 202), with metering piston (14, 114) for extruding the injected liquid from reservoir (5, 105). Reservoir is provided with a delivery part (18, 118) connected to the metering piston (14, 114) by means of a first threaded connection (19, 119). Dlivery part is connected to pusher (20, 120) on which thread of second threaded connection (21, 121) is applied. Delivery part is connected to adjusting element (22, 22', 122, 222) on which the thread of third threaded joint (23, 123) is applied. Adjusting element (22, 22', 122, 222) is pivotable about body (2, 102, 202) about central longitudinal axis (10, 110, 210) of injection device (1, 101, 201) in first rotation direction (45) when adjusting the amount of injection liquid squeezed out from injection device (1, 101, 201). Adjusting element (22, 22', 122, 222) is movable in the distal direction by third threaded connection (23, 123). Adjusting element (22, 22', 122, 222) is rotatable in second rotation direction (51) opposite to first rotation direction (45) and movable proximally while squeezing the injected liquid from reservoir (5, 105). Delivery part is connected to fixing device (25, 125, 225). Fixing device (25, 125, 225) operates when adjusting the amount of liquid injected from reservoir (5, 105). Injection device (1, 101, 201) has control organ (6, 106, 206). Locking device (25, 125, 225) defines at least one fixing position of adjusting member (22, 22', 122, 222). Locking device (25, 125, 225) acts between adjusting element (22, 22', 122, 222) and body (2, 102, 202) that each position of fixation and each prescribed dose corresponds to a unique position of rotation of adjusting element (22, 22', 122, 222) with respect to body (2, 102, 202).

EFFECT: technical result is simplified maintenance of the injection device.
