SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a push-pull lock for a drinking reservoir, in particular, a bottle or a glass. The lock comprises a body element (10), which has a through passage (18) and a fastening device (12), with the help of which it may be tightly and detachably connected with a reservoir hole for drinking, a mouthpiece (40), which may be inserted into the through passage (18) of the body element (10) and moved along its axis, and which comprises at least one section (44), which may be engaged with edges of the through passage (18) of the body element (10), and a locking element (80), which may be detachably connected to the inner side of the body element (10), facing the drinking reservoir. The locking element (80) is arranged so that the stop section (44) of the mouthpiece (40) may not occupy a position, when it is not engaged with the edges of the through passage (18) of the body element (10), if the mouthpiece (40) is inserted into the through passage (18), and the locking element (80) is connected to the inner side of the body element (10).

EFFECT: lock according to the invention is easy to clean, it prevents accidental full withdrawal of a mouthpiece and it may be manufactured without considerable costs.
