FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a closure for a container, in particular to a closure device with means for preventing it from being removed from the container. Closure (10) comprises body portion (20) having engagement means (45) for engagement with necked container (15), and shell for engagement with body portion (20), wherein shell comprises securing means (80) arranged in use to secure engagement means (45) onto container (15) when used, the engaging means being at least one clamp for securing the body portion to the neck of the container, and the fastening means being a collar. Container (15) may be a bottle. Body portion (20) may be a bottling device.
EFFECT: preventing of the closure from being removed from the container.
