FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: elastically damping links are arranged between protected object and structure and composed of two-way hydro pneumatic dampers with stepped elastic characteristic of expansion and contraction. Under acting dynamic loads, limited force consisting of the sum of elastic and damping forces is transferred from structure via damper to object. Damper elastic characteristic step is obtained by subtracting extra rod reaction from reaction of the main rod in damper stroke from initial position to expansion position. Step magnitude is obtained by setting extra rod area in the range of 10…40% of main rod area and gas pressure. Length of elastic characteristic ride-drop section from initial position in transition zone is set to 2…5% of damper contraction-expansion stroke. Elastic element with stroke of 2…5% of said damper stroke is arranged between damper casing and extra rod. Damper gas cavity volume is calculated. Working point of weight load is located in aforesaid transition zone of elastic element contraction between main and extra rods.
EFFECT: higher damping efficiency, decreased overall dimensions and weight.
