FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: automatic fault current shutdown device (1) with a fault current circuit breaker that depends on grid voltage comprises at least one summary current converter (2), through which at least one first conductor (3) and one second conductor (4) of the protected network are pulled. On the summary current converter (2) there is at least one secondary winding (5), besides, the secondary winding (5) is connected in a circuit manner with a circuit breaker (6), which via a switching fixator (20) is connected with opening contacts (7) in at least one first conductor (3) and at least one second conductor (4). On the summary current converter (2) there is additionally a tertiary winding (8) installed, which is in a circuit manner connected with at least one voltage-dependent resistance (9) for application of a test resistance (12) of lower value. In case of a fault from a switching contact in a test current circuit (10), the tertiary winding (8) is a part of the test current circuit (10), comprising a trial tester (11) and a test resistance (12).
EFFECT: elimination of false open-circuiting on the basis of short-term network disturbances not dangerous for people and plants.
