FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: automatic circuit breaker (1) includes at least one total current converter (2), through which there passed is at least one first conductor (15) and one second conductor (16) of a protected network. Besides, at least one secondary winding (17) is installed in total current converter (2). Secondary winding (17) is connected indirectly kinematically to energy-accumulating element (5); with that, at least one discharge resistance element (4) is connected parallel to energy-accumulating element (5). Also, automatic circuit breaker (1) includes disconnector (7) kinematically connected to opening contacts, at least in the first conductor (15) and at least in the second conductor (16), at least one discharge resistance element (4) is formed with the first resistance section (4a), and at least with one resistance section (4b) connected in series with the first one, and at least one first electric signal device (20) is at least indirectly kinematically connected to the first resistance section (4a).
EFFECT: improving reliability.
