SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric railway transport. Electric power transmission means comprises electric conductor structure 12 to generate variable electromagnetic field to transmit power to vehicle. Said structure 12 comprises, at least, one line 1, 2, 3 for transmission of one AC phase extending along track and arranged so that, at whatever time moment, it creates a train of alternating magnetic poles (at line lengths 5) with alternating polarity. Note here that said train extends in direction of railway track.
EFFECT: continuous contactless transmission of electric power.
