SUBSTANCE: container comprises an upper wall-cover with a peripheral edge limiting the central zone in the form of a circle with a central axis, on which an intermittent line of weakening is made defining the exhaust element-plug of the opening, permanently connected to the rest part of the central zone, and a lever connected to the closing element to remove it from the rest part of the central zone along the line of weakening. The line of weakening is interrupted at one end of the closing element, which is located on the opposite side of the lever relative to the central axis, so that the closing element has an edge connected to the rest part of the central zone. The lever comprises a first end made as a supporting point and located at the peripheral edge outside the closing element and a second end located in the central zone to be used as a gripping, lifting and moving element. The distance between the ends is less than the length of the radius. The intermediate zone is located between the ends of the lever to connect with the closing element. The intermediate zone comprises a flexible strip connected to the closing element to lift and detach the closing element from the central zone.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides a hygienic condition of the beverage, as no part of the closing element comes in contact with the beverage in its detaching from the container.
