FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to components of an orthopedic prosthesis and to surgical instruments for application in the procedure of knee joint endoprosthesis replacement. System of orthopedic surgical instrument comprises surgical drill, fastening base, locating frame and cutting unit. In the second version, the orthopedic surgical instrument system comprises a body and a fixing handle. In the third embodiment, the orthopedic surgical instrument system comprises a first surgical drill, a tibial base plate, an offset guide and a drill pipe lead housing. In the fourth embodiment, the orthopedic surgical instrument system comprises a first surgical drill, a tibial base plate, an offset guide, a fastening device and a tibial cutting block. Method of tibial preparation of patient for tibial component of prosthesis includes insertion of surgical driller into cavity, formed on proximal end of tibia of patient, connection of fastener with elongated drill string so that elongated shaft passes through opening of fixing handle and hole of fastener housing, rotation of locking handle around elongated shaft for compression of housing section, engaging elongated drill pipe, wherein said housing section is fixedly fixed to housing main part, connection of mounting frame with guide, extending from housing at right angle relative to longitudinal axis, connection of cutting unit with mounting frame, and moving the saw blade through the cutting guide formed in the cutting unit to cut the proximal end of the tibia of the patient. In a second embodiment, a method of tibial preparation of a patient for a tibiar component of a prosthesis comprises inserting a first surgical driller into a cavity, formed on proximal end of tibia of patient, location of tibial base plate on proximal end of tibial of patient so, that the first surgical driller elongated shaft passes through the central tibial plate base central opening, the elongated shaft end extension into the hole, formed in displacement guide, wherein opening extends along longitudinal axis, which is located at a distance from longitudinal axis of central hole, location of the displacement guide inside the central opening of the tibial plate, rotation of the bias guide for rotation of the tibial plate relative to the proximal end of the tibia of the patient, determining the displacement position of the tibial component of the prosthesis based on the position of the tibia plate relative to the proximal end of the tibia of the patient, removal of the displacement guide and the first surgical drill from the tibia of the patient, the location of the drill guide guide body on the tibial base plate, and inserting a second surgical driller into a drill pipe guide housing, wherein the second surgical driller includes cutting grooves forming a distal truncated-conical cutting section, a proximal cutting section having a first diameter and a cylindrical center cutting section having a second diameter smaller than the first diameter.
EFFECT: use of inventions makes it possible to provide orthopedic operation of replacement arthroplasty.
