FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a guiding platform made of H-beams and fixed with its front end on the well head, and with its rear end on screw jacks, and a load carrying assembly providing the transportation of blowout preventer assembly to the well head. The device is equipped with hydraulically actuated mechanisms of horizontal movement of a portal load carrying assembly with blowout preventer assembly fixed in it along the guiding platform to the head by means of hydraulic motors, and its vertical movement inside the portal load carrying assembly to the head base by means of hydraulic cylinders. Blowout preventer assembly is attached to the load carrying assembly by means of flanged sectors rigidly fixed on its upper and lower flanges and movably attached to brackets of the suspension, owing to which rigid position of blowout preventer is provided at its horizontal movement and possibility of self-alignment of blowout preventer assembly at its being pressed with hydraulic cylinders to the head flange of the well. Besides, screw jacks are connected by means of straps to a common unit that provides attachment rigidity of the guiding platform. Besides, the platform is complete with a standard size row of brackets installed on the head and providing the blowout preventer guidance to the flanges base of the head or tube clamps providing the guidance of blowout preventer to non-flange base of the head.
