HYDRAULIC JACK BLOCK FOR CARRYING OUT REPAIR AND RESTORATION WORK TO REPLACE WELLHEAD EQUIPMENT Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC E21B33/03 E21B19/00

Abstract RU 2780181 C1

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas and exploration industries and is intended for repair and restoration work associated with the replacement of wellhead equipment, including column and pipe heads, as well as their individual elements. The hydraulic jack unit for carrying out repair and restoration work to replace the wellhead equipment includes support supports, with hydraulic struts with retractable rods placed on them and combined hydraulic lines for supplying the working fluid, the ends of which are connected by a traverse having a central hole and designed to accommodate gripping mechanisms. For different standard sizes of wellhead equipment and tasks of repair and restoration work at the wellhead, the installed mounting supports are, in some cases, a set of cap T-brackets with thrust screws located in the lower part with prisms at the end for fastening on the lower flange with an intermediate head string with fixing with pin connections through the holes of the flanges of the intermediate string head, and in others - pipe and flange clamps interconnected by support spacers, for fastening, respectively, below the casing head for the casing string and for the outer diameter of the flange of the casing head, while the racks are piston hydraulic cylinders, in the lower part of the body of which there are support flanges with guide pins for mating with the reciprocal holes of the fastening supports, and the end of the rod of one of the racks is equipped with a cup with a vertical groove for mating with the locking pin located in the mating side of the traverse rod. The traverse, due to the rolling bearings mounted in the bore on the other side of the traverse, has the ability to rotate on the axis of the rack rod associated with it and fix it from rotation on the first rod, using a mechanism built into the counter-rod side of the traverse and representing a spring-loaded handle hinged in the lug and connected with the fixing pin, and also places in the central hole a removable mechanism for gripping casing and tubing pipes, which has a vertical stroke due to rotation, which is a body with a removable cover and a keyed nut fixed in it, interacting by means of a threaded connection with the lead screw having an internal passage channel ending at the upper end with a coupling threaded part, and in the lower part equipped with a removable tip with a built-in handwheel and a nipple threaded part, a keyed connection mated with the lead screw, a union nut and a compensator made of elastic material that ensures the alignment of the steps of the tip and the wellhead sub at the time of their make-up.

EFFECT: ensuring safe and efficient repair and restoration work to replace wellhead equipment with the possibility of equipping it with various gripping mechanisms and placing the device on wellhead equipment with different designs and sizes.
