FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: device is equipped with two semiconducting valve groups on the base of diodes and transistors correspondingly. The first valve group is made in the form of diode rectifier bridge, the first AC input of which is connected to the phase of feeding circuit, the second AC input is connected to the zero of feeding circuit. In the second valve group the collectors of three transistors of p-n-p structure are connected to the collectors of three transistors of n-p-n structure and to the beginning of stator windings, emitters of these three transistors of p-n-p structure are connected to the plus of rectified voltage of diode bridge and emitters of transistors of n-p-n structure are connected to the minus of rectified voltage of diode bridge. The second valve group uses additional six transistors of p-n-p and n-p-n structure connected to the ends of stator windings. The collectors of three additional transistors of p-n-p structure are connected to the collectors of three additional transistors of n-p-n structure and to the ends of stator windings, emitters of these three additional transistors of p-n-p structure are connected to the plus of rectified voltage of diode bridge, emitters of these three additional transistors of n-p-n structure are connected to the minus of rectified voltage of diode bridge.

EFFECT: increase of electro-magnetic moment value, developed by three-phase asynchronous motor.
