FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: reversive semiconductor device for speed control of a three-phase induction motor contains two semiconductor valve groups. The first valve group is designed as a diode rectifier bridge which first AC voltage input is connected to the supply main phase while the second AC voltage input is connected to the supply main zero. The second valve group uses twelve semiconductor switches, six of which, the second, fourth, sixth, tenth and twelfth, are made on the basis of n-p-n transistors. The output of the first switch is combined with the collector of the second switch and with the start of the first winding of the motor stator. The output of the third switch is integrated with the collector of the fourth switch and with the end of the first winding of the motor stator. The output of the fifth switch is combined with the collector of the sixth switch and with the starts of the second winding of the motor stator. The output of the seventh switch is integrated with the collector of the eighth switch and with the end of the second winding of the motor stator. The output of the ninth switch is integrated with the collector of the tenth switch and with the starts of the third winding of the motor stator. The output of the eleventh switch is integrated with the collector of the twelfth switch and with the end of the third winding of the motor stator. The emitters of the second, fourth, sixth, eighth, tenth and twelfth switches are connected to the rectified voltage minus of the diode bridge. The first, third, fifth, seventh, ninth and eleventh semiconductor switches use thyristors with anti-parallel coupled diodes. Inputs of the first, second, third, fifth, seventh, ninth and eleventh semiconductor switches are connected to the rectified voltage plus of the diode bridge. In the first, third, fifth, seventh, ninth and eleventh semiconductor switches, the thyristor anode is combined with the cathode of the diode and with the switch input, and the thyristor cathode is combined with the diode anode and with the switch output.
EFFECT: ensuring the neutralisation of the negative effect of self-induction EMF in the motor stator windings, reducing the power consumption.
