SUBSTANCE: in the method of receiving information over a broadcast channel, a user station receives a first set of frames of a first buffer of transmitted data, which is transmitted over the channel from a first cell, wherein the first set of frames contains a time-alignment indication of the first set of frames and a first information part, and each frame of the first set of frames is encoded by an internal code and an external code; handover from the first cell to a second cell is carried out; a second set of frames of a second buffer of transmitted data is received, which is transmitted over the channel from the second cell, wherein the second set of frames contains a time-alignment indication of the second set of frames and a second information part, and each frame of the second set of frames is encoded by an internal code and an external code in the same manner as the first set of frames, and cut off frames of the received first set of frames and the received second set of frames are determined according to the received time-alignment indication of the first set of frames and the second set of frames.

EFFECT: seamless servicing without repeating and losing information content, even during handover to a new cell when receiving a broadcast information content buffer.
