The redundancy provides the possibility to decode information from less than complete information block. Repeated time levelling of two transmissions of the same information content from two basic stations can alleviate the problem of double frames. The subscriber station user can receive jointless service without repeating the information content, even while transmitting to a new cell in the course of receiving the buffer of broadcast information content.
EFFECT: reducing power consumption of the subscriber's stations, as well as use facilitation of the common broadcast channel.
