FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the beverages preparation field. Proposed is a valve assembly (8) for precise regulation of the temperature of a certain fluid heated or cooled within the heat exchange section of the beverage preparation device (1). The valve assembly (8) contains a mixing valve (10) having the first input channel (21) for fluid communication with the output channel of the heat exchange section (6), the second input channel (22) for fluid communication with the source of the hotter or colder part of the said fluid, the fist and the second closure means for adjustment of the rate of flow through the first and the second input channels respectively as well as a control means for control of the first and the second closure means in such a way that increase of the rate of flow through one of the input channels essentially corresponds to equivalent decrease of the rate of flow through the other input channel for the total rate of flow through the mixing valve to remain essentially unchanged.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows supply of the specified quantity of fluid with precisely regulated temperature by way of simple regulation of time of the valve assembly remaining open.
