FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for endoscopic hemostasis in case of gastroduodenal hemorrhages. For this purpose hemorrhage focus is subjected to influence with laminar flow of forced air for 10÷20 seconds. Air is heated to temperature 350°-750°C by thermal element located on endoscope butt end.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase influence efficiency due to locality of influence with small-diameter air flow and formation of zone of "mirror" heat reflection due to densification of epithelium basal membrane.
