SUBSTANCE: invention can be used n making permanent magnets with high energy product (VN)max in form of magnetised rings or hollow cylinders. The disclosed method of making permanent magnets, primarily in form of ferromagnetic rings (hollow cylinders), is based on applying to the ferromagnetic material an external constant saturating magnetic field when forming a permanent magnet. The ferromagnetic material used is a cooled magnetic liquid composed of single-domain nanoparticles of ferromagnetic material, which is separated into fast-rotating and horizontally lying nonmagnetic cylindrical housing, the axis of rotation of which is superimposed with the vector of the external constant saturating magnetic field. Further, the magnetic liquid solvent is evaporated by exposure to vacuum pumping, wherein an adhesive is added when preparing said solvent.
EFFECT: high magnetisation of the ferromagnetic material.
