ROTOR OF FERROMAGNETIC VISCOUS ENGINE Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC H02N11/00

Abstract RU 2412524 C1

FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: rotor of ferromagnetic viscous engine consists of ferromagnetic ring made from magnetic viscous material with rotation axis. The ring is partially placed into magnetic gap with saturating magnetic field. Ferromagnetic ring is made of group of thin coaxially installed ferromagnetic rings connected to each other through thin metal discs. Discs are connected to rotation axis which is made in the form of thin-wall metal tube. Liquid, for example, flowing water from the environment flows inside the tube in order to transfer its heat energy to the above group of thin ferromagnetic rings through metal discs. Chosen material of thin metal discs, which is non-magnetic and has high heat conductivity, is for example copper.

EFFECT: improving energy efficiency at conversion of heat energy of the environment to mechanical energy of the rotating rotor.
