SUBSTANCE: method employs a communication interface to obtain a network service request from a wireless communication device and data processors to execute shared wireless channel resource management instructions for the wireless device. The instructions cause the data processors to determine whether the wireless device is associated a wireless channel resource sharing subscription, initialise a certain number of credits for the wireless device upon obtaining a network service request. Initialisation is brought into conformity with the determination of wireless channel resource sharing subscription. The instructions also cause data processors to update the number of credits, if the wireless device frees up a wireless channel resource for another wireless node or uses a wireless channel resource freed up by another wireless node.

EFFECT: improved management of a large number of wireless transceivers in an environment with finite resources by eliminating delays and interruptions for yielding nodes.
