SUBSTANCE: device comprises a frame, at least one beam installed on the frame, and on this beam there are the following components installed in series: a ploughshare with a seed funnel and pressing-rolling rollers. The ploughshare is made in the form of two flat self-cleaning discs with one diameter. Discs are mounted as capable of rotation on axes installed with a shift towards each other in longitudinal direction. Discs have a meeting point arranged in the zone of seeds sowing. The device is equipped with a detachable self-adjusting disc knife installed in front of the ploughshare. The ploughshare is equipped with a replaceable drum to limit the value of ploughshare plunge and to follow the surface and a fertiliser funnel. Axes of discs rotation are arranged on a different height from the soil surface.

EFFECT: invention will make it possible to provide for separate closing of seeds and fertilisers for the specified depth, their even distribution.
