FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method involves providing strip sowing of cereal crop seeds in alternation, with strip to be sown with cereal crops being equal in width to those not to be sown with cereal crops; applying mineral fertilizers in tapes into soil of strip to be sown with cereal seeds to 9-10 cm depth using chisel-shaped working tool; undercutting weeds on adjacent strip not to be sown with seeds to 5-6 cm depth from field surface using flat knives-shavers for creating rough soil structure; providing sowing of strip to be sown with cereal crop seeds onto bed using hoe-shank; providing sowing at 5-6 cm depth with soil interlayer between seeds and fertilizer. Apparatus has general-purpose frame mounted on carrier-drive wheels. There are hopper with fertilizer and seed sections and cylindrical rollers mounted on frame. Sections are connected through fertilizer guide and seed guide with chisel-shaped working tool and hoe-shank, respectively. Flat knives-shavers are positioned behind chisel-shaped working tool, in front of hoe-shank so as to undercut weeds to depth lower than depth at which mineral fertilizers are applied. Chisel-shaped working tool and flat knives-shavers are made in the form of tillage module pivotally fixed to frame through individual frame so as to define parallelogram mechanism. Hoe-shank, cylindrical roller and leveler-ridge forming device are made in the form of sowing module pivotally fixed to frame through its individual frame so as to define parallelogram mechanism.

EFFECT: increased crop yield and reduced power consumption.
