FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical and sports equipment and can be used in home conditions for massage of fingers, neck, back and entire body. Self-massage device contains cylindrical case from non-magnetic material and massage element in form of permanent magnet. Case is made in form of hollow cubic vessel, with at least four permanent magnets being partly located on cubic vessel apexes.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of massage due to periodic change of type of massage impact with magnetic field or without it, as well as shock-and-forth movement of permanent magnet on human body.
