FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and sports equipment and can be used for domiciliary massage of fingers, a neck, back and body. Self-massage apparatus comprises a body made from nonmagnetic elastic corrugated material, made in the form of a hollow ring or ellipse, inside of which there is a freely movable massage member in form of a permanent magnet. Inside the cavity of the ring or ellipse at the opposite side relative to their center there are at least two ledges, located along the perimeter at equal distance opposite to each other.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of massage.
