SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, therapeutic gymnastic apparatuses and sports equipment, for doing exercises aimed at increasing hand mobility and relieving the pain, as well as conducting point-vibration hand massage. The apparatus may be used domiciliary for foot neck, abdomen and body massage, and comprises a body made of a nonmagnetic material, and a massage element made of a ball-shaped permanent magnet. The body is made as a grid ball which incorporates a massage element. The open cells of the ball grid are framed by a material of circular section; a cell size is smaller than the massage element, and the grid itself is made of a flexible material.

EFFECT: apparatus provides the higher massage effect due to the simultaneous mechanical, vibration and magnetic effect on the patient, as well as due to an ability of the flexible body to take the shape of the patient's skin relief.
