FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and specifically to compositions of crude mixtures for making heat-insulation articles used in building walls and partition walls. The crude mixture for making heat-insulation articles contains, wt %: hogged chips obtained from pine and fir tree processing wastes which are ground to particle size of not more than 5 mm 79.0-83.0, phenol-formaldehyde resin 5.0-7.0, hydrolysed lignin 12.0-14.0.
EFFECT: low content of the toxic component in the mixture while maintaining strength.
