The crude mixture for producing fired heat-insulating structural materials contains clay, waste paper, sawdust, crushed fibre glass, thermal power plant ash and quartz sand, with the following ratio of components, wt %: clay - 82.5-83.5; waste paper - 0.2-0.3; sawdust - 0.2-0.3; crushed fibre glass - 2.0-3.0; thermal power plant ash - 6.0-8.0; quartz sand 10.0-12.0.

EFFECT: high frost resistance of articles.
